City of Glass: Mortal Instruments, Book 3 (The Mortal Instruments)

City of Glass - Cassandra Clare Fantastic, best book in the series so far!

The Infernal Devices 1: Clockwork Angel

Clockwork Angel - Cassandra Clare Why did I not read this sooner! Fantastic book I can't wait to read the rest of the series.

Beauty Awakened (Angels of the Dark)

Beauty Awakened - Gena Showalter What can I say, I loved, loved, loved this book. I loved the first in the series but I think I loved this one even more.

Is it Just Me?

Is It Just Me? - Miranda Hart Fantastic!

World War Z

World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War - Max Brooks Sorry, but just couldn't finish this one. I think it was the format, it's written in the form of interviews with survivors. It just didn't flow for me. As I've got other library books to read I'll return it and maybe try again another time.

Looking for Alaska

Looking for Alaska - John Green Such a fantastic read. Had me laughing out loud and then crying, then laughing again. Would definitely re-read this one.

Me Before You

Me Before You - Jojo Moyes Such an emotional read! It was a beautiful love story, but with no insta-love. Will be reading more from this author.

Gift of Continence

Gift of Continence - Tabitha Ormiston-Smith Great read. Had me laughing so hard I got stomach ache. The story opens on the main character's wedding day. Practically everything that could go wrong does go wrong on that day. I couldn't believe how incredibly naive she was, but still fell in love with her. All the character were well developed, even the animals! If you're in the mood for a laugh then definitely pick this one up!

Between Shades of Gray

Between Shades of Gray - Ruta Sepetys Such a tragic story.

Darkhouse (Experiment in Terror, #1)

Darkhouse (Experiment in Terror, #1) - Karina Halle This was both an exciting and creepy read. The story follows the main character, Perry as she visits a spooky lighthouse on her Uncle's property. There she meets up with Dex who is filming a documentary on ghosts. The author did a fantastic job in creating suspense. I stayed up late to find out what was going to happen to Perry. It was interspersed with parts which made me laugh out loud. I will certainly be reading more from this author.

The Notebook

The Notebook - Nicholas Sparks Loved this book. It suited my mood perfectly at the moment, no complicated storylines to follow and a fantastic romance.

The Passage (The Passage #1)

The Passage (The Passage #1) - Justin Cronin Fantastic story full of twists and turns.Full review to come.

The Jacobites' Apprentice

The Jacobites' Apprentice - David Ebsworth If you like historical fiction, this beast of a book is well worth a read. It took me a while to read, but that was because it was so heavy, I couldn't hold it for long!It was obvious that a great deal of research took place before writing this story. The characters were well developed and I loved them all. There was a great amount of detail in the description of the landscapes and of the characters and their homes. It all helped to set the scene and to draw me into the story. I couldn't wait to read further to find out what was going to happen. My only reservation is that there were a large number of characters to keep track of, but once I got into the story, this became easier.I would gladly read more from this author.

Home for Christmas

Home for Christmas - Patricia Kay Great love story, had me in tears in places. Just what I needed at the moment, pure escapism.

Waterfall (River of Time #1)

Waterfall (River of Time #1) - Lisa Tawn Bergren Wow, really enjoyed this book. Can't wait to read the next one. The story follows two girls who travel back in time to Italy in 1332. It was packed full of action and kept me reading right to the end. The characters were strong and believable. Well done to the author for a fantastic read.

The Maze Runner

The Maze Runner (Maze Runner Series) - James Dashner Wow! Bloody fantastic is all I can say at the present time. I need time to write a more coherent response.
